I am amazed by this but thought you should know. I used my Vascepa coupon card at my local pharmacy today for a three month supply of vascepa and I was told the discount would be $70. The card indicates it is $70 per month, so I called the 1-855-497-8462 to check and the representative agreed it should be $70 per month so a discount of $210 and suggested the pharmacy call the hotline number to make sure they were processing it correctly. They did and the pharmacy came back to tell me that it was still just $70.
So I suggested they give me one month of pills instead of three and I then got about $63 per month discounted.
I assumed there was a flaw in your processing because my crestor coupon works fine, so I called back to talk to your representative to pass on the information and was told that the pharmacy was handling it correctly and that it is $70 per fill not per month as indicated on the card. I asked if this should not be changed and was told no that is how it is designed. But after asking further was told they would pass it onto the manufacturers, but I was so underwhelmed with the enthusiasm of the representative I though someone should know that the card is clearly incorrect.
Don’t get me wrong, I will take any discount but this just seems illogical.
