I am epileptic and the drug (tegretol) that I have been on for over twenty years isn’t working anymore. My Dr. wants to put me on lamictal and I heard that I can get vouchers to help pay for that drug. I have drug insurance but the cost of lamictal will put me over the amount I am limited to for the year. What I am asking is that is there a way I can get help with the lamictal. I go inn to see the Dr in June and I would like to have this all straightened out by then. Please help me.

I am not able to print the coupon. I need the copay program. I have a $50 copay and then have to pay a percentage since it is a non formulary drug. Runs me about $90 a month. I have received co pay program cards for my other three name brand prescriptions. I have tried the generic and am not able to take this one. please help me out with this so I may continue with this medication. Have been taking for 12 years and do not want to have to change. Thank you

I have tried many different sites to print a coupon for lamictal odt, but nothing will let me. I have used the coupon in the past where you get $40 off or 12 fills but now there is not one to be found. The only option is lamictal xr and I don’t know if this is the same as the odt. I am taking it as it probably is not the same. The coupon savings really helps out a lot and now I have to pay twice for my med. without it!

I have been taking this since my 1st seizure in 2005 – the manufacture – Glaxo -Smith said they were discontinuing the program – stinks they put the coupon info out there when it does not exist!

  8. Darlene Amos says

I too cannot find a link on the drug manufacter company that makes Lamictal XR for 2014 that lets you print off a coupon to save $40 off your copay for 12 months. I had one last year and it really helped. As I’m reading all the other people’s comments that are having the same problem as me, just wondering why there are no responses yet to any of our questions regarding this matter. All my pharmacy will tell me is that my card from last year has expired and they have a VIN # but, no ph.#. I also cannot find my card that I printed off from last year to see what website I found it on. Please help!!!!!!

I’ve called GSK, to seek help with the Lamital since my co-pay us $90.00. The GSK has a Facebook page, so please go on page and stress your need for the Lamital and STRESS how the generic medication doesn’t help you. I left a message on GSK’s Facebook page, stating the same thing you all are say and their response was, they’ve never heard that the Lamenteogine didn’t work. The more GSK hears ALL of our problems, maybe they will help us??
