I had the same issue. my pharmacy called the help number since the customer line is automated. they said for me to try opening it either on smartphone or another computer because something was probably blocking it. sure enough, my internet security was blocking it. instead of firefox browser, i used internet explorer. i was able to print it. good luck!

does this coupon work with the copay? Like I have BCBS insurance on my son and my copay is 50, can I use this card to lower the cost of the 50 I have to pay that insurance dont?
you can still use it, I have BCBS to and it’s a high cost drug which would normally cost me $50, but with the card, FREE!

I am trying to pick up my son’s Focalin XR 25, but the pharmacist told me that it expired on 12/31/2015. I can’t seem to find a current coupon. Please help me ASAP! Is this program over?
