Has Reduced Tumor Size
Ixempra is the chemotherapy drug that my doctor recommends for breast cancer that has spread to the lungs. The intravenous treatment takes a few hours. I have to get the treatment every three weeks. After the injection, I am sick for about a week. Then, I have two weeks of feeling fairly good before the next treatment. A CT scan showed that the medication has reduced the size of my tumors a little bit. I will be continuing this treatment for a bit longer and getting CT scans to show progress. I hope that the medication continues to work.

Long-term Progress Against Breast Cancer
I have had chemotherapy with Ixempra for over a year. The tumor has been reduced in size slowly. I have been free from any bad side effects. I only experience some minor side effects like dry skin. I feel lucky to have such a good experience and good effects from this medication. I wish everyone could have the same positive experience from chemotherapy. If you haven’t tried this medication for breast cancer, I would recommend it. No drug works well for everyone, but you might get the same benefits from Ixempra that I had.
