Other knowledge
I mailed in my form and Xiaflex never sent me the reimbursement. I called them at least 5 times and they said they would call and they never did even though I gave them the copay card info. I called the doctors office and they gave me the name of a local represetive for the copay program. She seemed helpful at first, but then she afforded my calls. Finally she sent me a new form to send in but by that time it was too late. I got a notification that the claim date had expired. This program intentially delayed responses and actions to keep from sending a copay. I would never have the xiaflex treatment performed again.
