I started taking Vivlodex when I had to take up a long journey which could not be managed with my chronic arthritic pain. Being in my 50s my movement was very much restricted but after being prescribed this medicine I am finally pain free! My long flight went smoothly and I was even able to get up and walk down the aisle to stretch my legs. I tried many drugs including OxyContin and Hydrocodone but the pain was always there. The only side-effect I experienced was some light nausea which was easily cured by taking a peppermint after each dose.
The medicine kicks in two or three hours after it is taken and much more effective than Aleve and ibuprofen combined. I have noticed that people who do not react well to Aleve find Vivlodex much more suitable for managing pain. It has reduced the stiffness in my joints and I feel young again. Now my dose is down to thrice a week and I have adopted a much more active lifestyle thanks to Vivlodex. I recommend it to anyone who is suffering from arthritis and joint pain as this medicine is a Godsend.
