My son can breathe like the other kids with Orapred
I dont know if any of you have a child with Asthma but it literally breaks my heart to see my son have to use an inhaler when he is having a bad moment. The doctor and I decided to try some medications and the first one just made him too wild and aggressive. We switched to Orapred and it seems to work much better for my son. It is important to remember that Orapred is not a cure for Asthma but it does give me son some relief and that makes me feel better. He does seem to eat and drink more now because of the medicine so we keep some veggies and cool water available for him.

My daughter uses it for Asthma
We gave my daughter Orapred along with another medicine for her Asthma condition. Right off the bat I will say that Orapred is not as easy as an inhaler because it is a syrup and according to my daughter does not taste good. We do have a routine now and she takes it without too much effort. Orapred does seem to help her a lot but she has so much energy now we have to do more activities with her to make her tired at bedtime. That is not a bad problem to have though and at least her Asthma condition is helped with this drug.
