Full Relief After First Injection
After my first injection of Nucala, my lung functioning was completely restored. It was as if I no longer had asthma. After awhile, some of the asthma symptoms reappeared. However, the injections give me the most relief of any medications I have tried. This is the best that I have been able to breathe in years. I took another breathing test and my lungs were at peak flow which was amazing. After so many inhalers with disappointing results, I didnt think I would ever be able to breathe easily again.

Can Breathe Easier
I had many scary visits to the emergency room. My asthma medication never worked the way it was supposed to, so Id end up not being able to breathe. My doctor suggested Nucala injections. I wasnt very hopeful, but I was beginning to breathe easier the day after the injection. The second day after my first injection, I felt like I could breathe normally. I had no signs of asthma. I still take one of my daily asthma medications, but I was able to stop using a nebulizer and my two inhalers. I have not had any side effects from these injections. I only hope my insurance company keeps paying for them since they are so expensive.
