Wonderful Medication for Hypothyroidism
I actually had to have my thyroid removed. I started taking Levoxyl shortly after the surgery. This medication was wonderful for my chronic hypothyroidism. Throughout my history of hypothyroidism, I was tired all the time. It corrected all the symptoms of an underactive thyroid without any nasty side effects. I just take it during the middle of day with food to reduce the risk of stomach side effects. This medication has really helped me. Prior to my surgery, I tried another medication for hypothyroidism, and it did nothing for me. I would keep taking Levoxyl if I had the choice.
