Ferralet Really Combat my Anemia
I really liked Ferralet because it has a combination of iron, vitamin C, vitamin B12, and folic acid. All these things are necessary when you suffer from anemia. The iron make sure that your body continues to produce red blood cells. Vitamin C helps iron to be absorbed in the stomach. B12 helps normal blood cell nerves function properly. Folic acid is needed to help produce healthy cells, especially red blood cells.
The medication was pretty east to take. I took one pill a day and followed the instructions closely. I take the pill on an empty stomach about 2 hours after I eat a meal. I also take it with a full glass of water, about 8 ounces. I never lay down when taking it either or I find it will upset my stomach. Im aware that there is a liquid form that an stain teeth so, its best to mix it in with some water. You dont have to take it everyday, but you should in order to feel the full effects of it. I recommend this highly to anyone who needs anemia.
