I just lost my Insurance and need to take Dulera every day for my acute Asthma. It is the ONLY thing that really helps, but my cost is $301. For a 30-day supply. This ‘discount card’ expired on 12/31/2012 and my pharmacy will not accept it. I have other medicines I have to take ebwry day also, in total It is over $650/month out-of-pocket. The last two Dulera we have received doesn’t work correct it takes 4 to 5 pumps to get it to come out
I spoke to Walgreen’s Pharmacist who told us to Contact the company We live on a fixed income and can not afford for two of these to go bad . I can understand one but two ??? Walgreens says there hasn’t been a recall so will do nothing else to help us. I have the first one I would be glad to mail back to you if needed if you could help I appreciate it
I had a coupon for dulera but my pharmacy not longer gives me a discount because your company now says that I have government insurance which is not true. I work full time and have private insurance and have tried many times to contact your company. I was told to fill out the reimbursement form that was sent to me and it has been returned two times stating other on the reject form. It does not tell me what other is. I have filled out everything that was required. Am I not going to be able to use coupons in the future because this inhaler is very expensive? I need to know before I change medicines.
