I know I shouldnt, but I popped a pimple on my face and it ended up infected. My face ended up red and sore to the touch to the point that I couldnt sleep with my head on that side. It was so bad that washing and peroxide did nothing to help it, and not even Neosporin did anything to make it heal. My doctor prescribed me some Centany and it cleared up pretty quickly.
