1) During that time of the month, my back really aches. Ive tried other gels, but they just didnt last or didnt last for as long a they promised. For the first time, when I took Backaid Max, I was pleasantly surprised. Within 10 minutes of taking two tablets my back felt tremendously better. The usual ache in my legs were gone as well. It didnt make me sleepy so I could carry on with my day without any problems. It was also gluten free so no stomach upset!

2) I work out a lot because I enjoy keeping my body fit, but that often means I have a lot of aches and pains. Standard medications just wasnt doing it for me. I take 2 tablets before going to the gym and I no longer have any back pain at all after a work out. Its completely caffeine free so it doesnt make me super hyper and its non-drowsy so Im not nodding off at the gym. Im not crazy about taking medications, but Ill be sticking with this one.
