Best Way to Control the Periods
I have been on Seasonale for four years now and I started with the brand drug before switching to the cheaper generic version after three years and I have not had any change. I remember the first week I had some spotting and was a bit moody but I like this drug since it did not mess up my sex drive and throughout worked perfectly and when the periods came they were light and short. I have not observed the increase in weight gain I guess due to my active exercise regime which is further helped by not being down for cramps every end month.

Seasonale has been a miracle to me given that I was looking for a contraceptive that would allow me to have sex without fear of pregnancy. The previous options somehow took away my sex drive but this has not and its now close to a year. The first two months were a bit confusing though in terms of some spotting, I also missed a pill since they have to be taken daily at the same time. I worked this out by placing a reminder and picking morning just before I get to the shower as the time. I have not noticed any weight gain since it is more or less the same. I enjoy this drug.
