Epilepsy
Having epilepsy is really limiting on my life. I can drive, but I avoid it at all costs. I have never been on a roller coaster and I have had seizures at really inopportune times. The worst part is knowing that there is little you can do about it. I was embarrassed by my condition and many of the medications I had tried did little to help. When you have seizures, it is like knowing that at any moment you could go from fine to hospitalized. Any chance at relief is like a godsend.
