I have had head busting migraines and bouts of hypertension for about six years before I was put on propranolol. I have been using propranolol for a year now with a dose of 80mg extended release once per day. This has never had any detectable side effects and it also helped with my blood pressure getting it to 113/67. The only thing I felt in the first days was a bit of dizziness which went away after the first three days. All I need now in case I feel a headache is a simple pain killer and I am done which is another plus since this drug works well with a couple of them.

I have had issues with anxiety attacks for ten years now. This would mess up my presentations and the panic attacks would drive up my heart pressure up.
