Years ago I was going to the bus station late at night. I was attacked by more than one assailant and left unconscious. No one came to my aid. I went to the hospital and was uninsured at the time. That was a major turning point in my life. Although since then my life improved, my view of society didnt. Furthermore, I develop depression. I couldnt sleep well, always watching my back like someone was coming to hurt me while sleep. I had to get many years of treatment to overcome my depression. Psychotherapy wasnt enough to treat my depression, anti-depressants were also necessary. Nefazodone is an antidepressant Ive been using for several years and it does wonders for my mood. I feel overall better after taking this pill. I dont know if Ill ever reach a point that I can endure without help. Eventually I will reach that point.

I had a difficult childhood. My dad was always drinking and although he wasnt violent, he was never there. He was too busy with his buddies having fun while my mom was too interested in everything but us. Years later I discovered how easily you can escape reality with drugs and alcohol.
