My doctor advised me to take mesna right after when I had chemotherapy. I didnt listen to him as I didnt experience any effect of chemotherapy then. After sometimes I started experiencing some weakness and difficulty in concentrating on my work. I started taking mesna, my dosage was single pill a day. After taking mesna I didnt experience any effect of mesna, not at all. After talking to my doctor I stopped taking it after two months. The medicine was very effective didnt let me have any bad effect of chemotherapy.
