I had good encounter
With Lutera, I had gentle and normal periods. Lutera assisted regulate my abnormal periods. I have had definitely NO side effects since starting it eight months ago. My only issue was I got terrible headaches right before my period and throughout my period. My pains were bearable if at all. I did not observe any weight gain and my emotions were really regular. I only turned to something different simply because the headaches were a lot and I got a new physician and she stated that there were excessive hormones in this and reduced my dose of estrogen with a various birth control.
