Heartburn
Living in the heart of Texas means that I am constantly around yummy and spicy food. I can’t help myself. The day I was diagnosed with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) was a sad day for me. I am a chef and I love love love to eat. I can’t live a life full of bland, tasteless foods.
