Works Better Than Other Medications
I tried other medications for ulcerative colitis. None of them seemed to help my condition as well as Delzicol does. Remembering when to take the capsules took me awhile to get used to, but I have got my routine down now. I feel like these capsules are a bit harder to swallow than other medications, but they seem to dissolve more thoroughly. They work better to relieve all my symptoms. I will keep taking this medication. I recommend this medication to anyone who is not getting complete relief from their ulcerative colitis medication.

Good Replacement for Asacol
I used to take Asacol, but I had to switch to Delzicol when Asacol became unavailable. Before taking Delzicol for ulcerative colitis, my stomach was swollen. Taking Delzicol has been so helpful in reducing the swelling. I don’t notice any real difference between Delzicol and Asacol as far as helping the ulcerative colitis symptoms. Both of the medications have done very well in helping me manage the condition. I have not had any side effects from the Delzicol capsules. These medications have really helped to reduce the number of flare ups that I have. I am happy with this medication.
