I can enjoy spring again!
I went on Cromolyn a year ago and take it when I know that I am going to be outside enjoying spring or other places that my asthma would normally act up. It works by preventing what would have been asthma attacks before they happen by helping my lungs get ready for the allergy causing particles and helps to keep my lungs open and clear. I am able to get out and enjoy spring again! Without worrying about giving myself an asthma attack because of the allergies.

Planning ahead with asthma
I cant predict when I am going to have an asthma attack, but I pretty much know that certain situations, especially being outside in the spring or fall are going to be some big causes of them. So using Cromolyn when I know that I am going to be outside for long periods of time or taking a trip to somewhere with lots of flowers and trees, that I will be at greater risk. The Cromolyn helps me prevent my asthma attacks from happening by blocking the effect these things have on my lungs.
