Help for my sleeping disorder
Sleeping thru the night has been difficult for me. My husband sometimes gets up at night to use the bathroom and he catches me on the living room with the light on reading. Reading calms me down when I am up at night. I get anxious when I cant sleep well, the reading helps with my anxiety but it doesnt make me go back to sleep. I have been taking Butisol to help me sleep and stay asleep. It makes me a little drowsy within an hour after taking it. I achieve uninterrupted sleep which is great. On the other hand I dont want to be dependant on a pill to sleep every night so I am making other changes in my life to help me stay rested.

Anxiety affects my sleep
My mother has always been an obsessive person; it was natural for me having the same behavior. Often I find myself thinking of impossible situations. I get hot and cold flushes out of nowhere. At night, I had a hard time going to sleep. I just couldnt turn my mind off. I tried drinking alcohol to shut myself down but it made things even worse because it was affecting my relationships. I was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder which I thought I inherited from my overbearing dear mom. I am not resentful; sometimes you just cant help feeling the way you do. I am taking Butisol at night to help me sleep but also I take it every three or four hours to help with my anxiety. I take it as directed but I dont miss my nightly dose because it helps me sleep better.
