Ive been using Baclofen for a while and because of my MS ( multiple sclerosis ), Ive been experiencing a lot of pain and stiffness. Baclofen helps to relax me and to stop my muscle spasms from occurring so often and frequently. My doctor said to use it after I get home because at that time I relax and Im not doing anything that requires a lot of attentiveness. I know immediately that I cant take Baclofen and drive my car. What happens is that you will feel a relaxing feeling in your muscles and you wont be able to pick up heavy things or engage in activities that require a lot of forethought and intricate movements. One thing to keep in mind is to not drink alcohol with it either, as my doctor told me. It will only increase the side effects of Baclofen. Overall, its a great treatment to the muscle spasms I keep getting every day. I highly recommend it if youre in my shoes.
