Keeps me on my feet all day as a waitress
Ive been waiting tables for 15 years, and sometimes Im on my feet for 12 hours at a time. Helps me manage pain in my ankle after a bike injury
I fell off my bike five years ago and shattered my ankle. I had to have reconstructive surgery, and since I got out of my cast Ive had extreme discomfort in that ankle. I dont ride my bike much anymore, but I really wanted to take up swimming as an alternative. Ive been in physical therapy for my ankle, but its still been flaring up a bit. Whenever I get a flare-up I use Zostrix to manage the pain. With the rest, ice, physically therapy, and Zostrix that helps me get through it all, my ankle is feeling better and better every day.
