I had wound on my hands at first I thought it will be fine if I leave it as it is without applying anything to it. But then it started hurting and paining so I put some cream to get the wound dry so that it will get fine soon but may be that cream didnt suit that wound or I dont know what happened that wound became worse and it appeared very disgusting so I decided that I should get some medicine for it before it get more worse and leaves some permanent ugly mark.
So I went to doctor and he very keenly examined the wound and asked me how I got this, luckily that was not because of any iron thing, it was simple so after examining he gave me this vasolex which is also called balsam peru, trypsin, castur oil what doctor told me that it not only increases the flow of blood but also kills the bacteria so I washed my wound firstly and doctor advised me to apply this twice in a day so I did that accordingly and left it open, dressing can also be done. And now its perfect. It looks absolutely fine I am very happy about it.
