Reviews For Brimonidine

The effectiveness didn’t last much longer.
I am a 60-year old Mexican with severe diabetes. I was diagnosed with open angle glaucoma around 6 months ago. I was complaining of intense pain near the eye and sometimes sudden loss of vision. The eye problems were having an impact on my regular life. After the eye examination, my eye doctor concluded that I am suffering from glaucoma due to my ethnic background and my medical history of diabetes. He started me on Brimonidine drops. Initially, the drops helped relieve the pressure from and around my eyes.

The blurring vision was also becoming somewhat normal. The positive effects lasted exactly 6 months. The pain is not that intense anymore, but the blurred vision is back. I am also feeling a bit fatigue, but maybe that is old age. I have read other user’s reviews where they also complained about the drops. I have an appointment with my eye doctor tomorrow and will consult with him on other treatment options. The brimonidine drops have made the pain go away but my vision is nothing near normal. Can anyone else share their insights on this medication? Thanks in advance!
