Great device for my son to carry with him at all times
With my son having grown up with diabetes hes always had insulin problems. Since he was a kid playing on the playground, until now where hes in junior high, its been a hassle for him to carry his insulin injection everywhere. The device he used to carry around was a hassle to use
After hearing about Novotwist, I decided to let my son try it. Its simple for him to use and easy for him to carry. Whats nice is he doesnt have to apply a lot of pressure to use it. Its certainly better than other devices hes used. With Novotwist, you just have to twist the needle onto the flex pen instead of turning it forever. Whats really important is that you have to get rid of the needles once youve used them. Its something you need to remind your children of if theyre going to use the Novotwist extension.
I highly recommend getting Novotwist because of the added features rather than getting a normal epipen. The convenience and ease of use is worth the extra money you have to pay.
