Great Tasting Kid’s Vitamin, Not Bad for Adults Either
Like a lot of other parents, my kids are not the best veggie eaters in the world. Who am I kidding? They just about refuse to eat them. As their parent, it is my responsibility to make sure they get all the nutrition they need to stay healthy.
Voots lets me do this. These vitamins look like a sweet tart so the kids think they are getting a treat. They actually ask me to let them take these. They are sweet and a little tart. I know some people dont like to give their kids supplements that are sweetened, but I think that getting in three servings of antioxidants and a full days worth of Vitamin C is worth a little sweetener.
What I have really enjoyed is seeing my kids ask for less real candy. My kids have figured out I am not going to let them have candy so they ask for Voots now instead of other candies.
Since I have been giving them a serving of Voots every day, they seem more active. They also had fewer sniffles and colds this past winter. With results like these, my kids will continue to get a serving a day. I have even began taking a couple of servings a day myself.
