Lysine is such a relief for me!
It seems I cannot stop growing cold sores. I am self conscious about that but sometimes these things are very painful. I started taking Lysine in hopes of stopping the pain and it really does work for me. Not only does Lysine make them less painful but I swear it seems like the cold sores do not pop up as much as they used to. I take mine orally. I have heard there is a cream but I have not tried it yet.

It killed that cold sore before anybody could see it
When I was at work I felt that tingly feeling on my lip which told me a cold sore was developing. I had some Lysine at my desk so I applied it to my lip and refreshed it regularly throughout the day.
