Treatment of myeloma
I am on Empliciti, I’ve been on it since two years. I’m pleased to still be doing well and myeloma under control for so long. No Side effects at all. My light chain myeloma and kappa light chains have stayed in normal range except ratio a bit over normal due to low lambda. I hope I can stay on this medication as long as possible because it is working for me and I’m so used to it and it has given me a great quality of life.

Cured Myeloma
I’ve been on Empliciti for about 10 months. Initially, I was diagnosed in December 2014. My M-spike was 6.5g/dL in mid-2015 just before starting on Empliciti, I do take dexamethasone 40 mg and Revlimid 25 mg. By December 2016, my M-spike dropped to 0.1 g/dL, however since then has been creeping back up. It was 0.7 g/dL few weeks ago. My Revlimid had been cut to 15 mg and the dexamethasone had also been cut to 20 mg about months ago.
Except for a day sleepless night and a down day from the dexamethasone, I’ve had no side effects or problems from Empliciti. I feel great with good energy levels and no symptoms from the myeloma.
