Taking During Pregnancy
My doctor prescribed Corvite FE for me because I was a bit anemic at the beginning of my pregnancy. I have been taking it for a few weeks. Im sure this iron supplement is raising my iron level. I was warned that it might make my stomach upset a bit, but I havent had any stomach problems with it. Im happy to take it knowing that Im doing the best I can for my baby. I also take a prenatal vitamin, but not at the same time that I take the Corvite FE.

Better Iron Supplement
I tend to be anemic every time I get bloodwork done ever since I was a teenager. It might be because I hate red meat, so I never eat it. I also dont eat as many leafy greens as I should. I tried other iron supplements in the past, but they always made me constipated. I hated it. I have not had that problem at all with Corvite FE. My iron level is up and all is well. The only side effect that I had is slight nausea right after taking it, but thats better now that I take Corvite FE with a few crackers.
