Stopped Cravings for Junk Food
When I started Contrave, I was about 40 lbs. overweight. I really wanted to get down to a healthy weight, especially since diabetes and heart disease run in my family. The Contrave has been phenomenal. My weakness has always been baked goods. With Contrave, I dont feel the need to eat those foods. It reduced my cravings so that I am happy eating healthy foods. I have been taking Contrave for a month and lost 10 lbs so far. I dont think much about food any more. When I shop, I only buy healthy foods, so that is what I have in my kitchen. I just make sure I eat a variety of healthy foods each day. I keep a food diary online which adds up the calories that I consume throughout the day. I make sure I am around 1400 calories per day. I have not been exercising, though I probably should start. The only side effect that I noticed was a little bit of dry mouth sometimes. Ive been trying to drink more water, so its not really an issue for me.I will be checking in with the doctor soon, and I think shell be happy with my progress.
