Simple to use and doesn’t hurt at all
I didn’t know much about choosing a blood testing meter. I usually went with the ones recommended by the insurance company. My doctor suggested I try out the Accu-Check and I am so glad that I took his advice.I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the Accu-Check seems to require a smaller blood sample than my old meter. Even getting lanced was painless unlike my old meter which left a tiny hole. The Accu-Check also seems safer when it comes to holding lancets because they are stored in a container which is loaded in the meter. I never once accidentally poked myself when using the Accu-Check meter.

I think even getting the results is faster than my old meter.I will say that the test strips and replacement lancets are more expensive that I was used to paying but I shopped around and found a good deal. I also like that the meter sends test data to a computer wirelessly instead of plugging in a cable from the meter to the computer.I tested the results against another meter and the CCu-Check seems to just as accurate as the old meter.
